I WANT TO EXCHANGE MY PRODUCT
If you are not satisfied with the product you received, you can exchange it in one of the following ways:
- In person at one of our fairs, you can exchange it for a product of the same value.
- From your home. To do this, contact [email protected] and send the product directly by mail using "Freight Collect". You can exchange the product for another one, or if the exchange is due to damage, it will be replaced with the same product if available in stock, which will also be sent to your home.
- If the product did not meet your expectations, you can also get your money back.
For a refund, you have up to 7 days to make the request, starting from the date of purchase. The buyer is responsible for taking the package to the post office and sending us the proof of shipment for reimbursement.
