We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Elo, Hipercard, among others), bank slips, and PIX. The options appear at checkout.

🚚 What is the shipping cost?
The shipping cost will be calculated based on the total weight of your order and according to your location. 

📦How do shipments work?
We ship throughout Brazil and also to other countries. We work with economy and international shipping. If your country does not appear at checkout, please contact us to evaluate its inclusion.

⏳How long does it take for my order to arrive?
After payment confirmation, we need up to 10 business days to process and ship your order. The final delivery time depends on the shipping method chosen at checkout.

📍Can I pick up in person in Curitiba?
Yes! In some cases, it's possible to arrange in-person pickup, especially at fairs and events.

🔄 What is the deadline for exchange or return?
You have up to 7 calendar days after receiving the product to request an exchange or return if you change your mind.

🚨What do I do if my product arrives damaged?
If something arrives defective or damaged, contact us by email at [email protected] or WhatsApp. We will resolve it as quickly as possible!

✏️ Do you offer personalized products?

• Yes and no! lol

Depending on availability I will accept orders, especially for tattoos or personalized illustrations.

💻 Digital Arts (Etsy Shop)

✨ How does buying digital art work? When you click on "Digital Arts" in the menu, you will be redirected to my official Etsy shop. I use this platform exclusively for digital downloads (such as coloring pages, digital prints, and tattoo tickets).

🛍️ Why is the purchase made on a different website? Etsy is a specialized platform that allows for instant and automatic delivery of digital files. This way, you don't have to wait for manual processing—your files are available as soon as your payment is confirmed!

💳 What payment methods are accepted on Etsy? Etsy accepts international credit cards, PayPal, and other local payment methods. Please note that since it is a global platform, prices may be displayed in your local currency or USD, and all transactions are encrypted and secure.

📥 How will I receive my files? Unlike the physical products in this shop, digital arts are not sent via mail. After purchase, the download link will be sent directly to your Etsy-registered email and will also be available in your Etsy account under "Purchases."

⚠️ Can I request a refund for digital products? Due to the nature of digital files and their immediate delivery, I do not offer exchanges or refunds once the file has been downloaded. If you have any questions before purchasing, feel free to reach out! 💛

✨ Tattoos with Mariana Flores

🖤 How do I schedule my tattoo?
Scheduling is done online. To reserve your date, a deposit of US $30 is required. This amount is deducted from the final price of the tattoo and guarantees your appointment and studio space. The deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation.

🎨 Can I choose between flash designs and custom artwork?
Yes! I have original flash designs available (click here to see them) and I also create custom artwork based on your references, always within my artistic style.

⏰ What are the rules regarding lateness?
There is a 30-minute grace period. After this time, it will be necessary to reschedule and pay a new deposit.

🩹 What precautions should I take before and after the tattoo?

Before getting a tattoo:

• Staying hydrated;
• Eating well;
• Avoiding alcohol/drugs;
• Wear comfortable clothing.

After getting a tattoo:

• Wash properly.
• Moisturize the area.
• Avoid sun exposure and physical exercise.

These precautions are essential for proper healing.

✒️Is touch-up included?
Touch-ups are only free if any application flaws are noticed within the first 5 days. Otherwise, they are charged. But if you get a new tattoo on the same day as the touch-up, it's free! 🎁

🌸 What is the Flores Petalum Club?
It's my monthly subscription club where you support my art and receive exclusive products in your space every month – original stickers, prints, collage papers, and even surprise art supplies! Every detail is created to inspire your creativity.

📬 How do shipments work?
The artwork is created in the month of subscription and shipped the following month (between the 15th and 17th). Economy shipping is already included from the 2nd month of your subscription.
