    📅 How does shipping work?
    

    
    The artwork is created in the month of subscription and shipped the following month. For example, those who subscribe in September receive the November items with the December theme. Packages are shipped between the 15th and 17th, and tracking codes are sent by the end of the month. Shipping is done by Correios (Brazilian postal service), and delivery time may vary.
    
    🚚 Important about economy shipping:
    
    Only one delivery attempt. If there is no one to receive the package, it may be returned.
    
    The postal tracking only shows two stages: package departure and out for delivery. There is no continuous update of the route.

We encourage the use of the tracking code to follow the delivery and avoid problems!
